Bilingual Poll Worker Recruitment

Broward County, FL. (January 5, 2012) -The Broward County Supervisor of Election’s office is in need of bilingual workers to fill the requirements of providing language assistance to voters in Broward. Interested persons must fill these requirements in order to be considered:

ü Must be a citizen of the U.S.
ü Must be a registered voter in Broward County
ü Must be fluent in both English and Spanish, or English and Creole
ü Will be required to attend a 3 hour training to learn the tasks and responsibilities of a poll worker
ü Will be placed in precincts within their city
ü Will be compensated $165.00
